Stephen Matthew “Matt” Marshall, 36, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
He was born on March 10, 1980, to Thomas “Tom” W. (Vicky) Marshall Sr. of Tollesboro, and Etna Louise Bramel of May’s Lick.
He was an employee of International Paper.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Natasha Payne Marshall, whom he married, June 28, 2003; two daughters, Marisa Grace Marshall and Mia Elise Marshall. He is also survived by his brother, Tommy Marshall of Maysville; a nephew, Isaac Marshall; his paternal grandfather, William “Bill” Marshall; two aunts, Brenda (Riley) Robersion and Wanda Marshall; his mother- and father-in-law, Barbara and Steve Payne; and his brother-in-law, Brandon Payne. He is survived by many extended family members and special friends.
A celebration of life will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Maysville. Burial will be in Olivet Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
A reception for family and friends will follow at Chandler’s Too in Maysville.
