Rachel Lynn Lawhun Bryant, 56, of Maysville, passed away Saturday afternoon, July 27, 2019, at Hospice of Hope at Kenton Pointe in Maysville.
She was born January 20, 1963, in Mason County, a daughter of the late Homer and Ruby Hill Lawhun.
Rachel attended Hickory Grove Church and enjoyed camping and staying home with her family.
Rachel is survived by her husband of 35 years, Billy Bryant; one son, Allen Bryant of Maysville; one daughter, Rita Morgan (Jason) of Dover; four grandchildren; two brothers, Danny Lawhun and Michael Boone both of Orangeburg; and four sisters, Ann Perry and Rita Boone both of Mayslick, Bonnie Kitchen of Orangeburg, and Carrie Campbell of Rectorville. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Matthew Morgan and one brother, John Lawhun.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2019, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bro. James Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow in the Wedonia Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 29, 2019, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Rachel’s family will serve as pallbearers.
