Dennis Drew Lanthorn, 72, of Elmhurst, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at his home.
He was born July 23, 1947, in Lewis County, a son of the late Claude Nelson and Delma Lavada Frye Lanthorn.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 29 years, Valerie Cornett Lanthorn; two sons, Dennis Lanthorn II of Lebanon, Ohio, and Travis Lanthorn of Lombard, Illinois; three daughters, Leesa Lanthorn of Vermilion, Illinois, Susan Lanthorn of Vanceburg, and Drewann Lee of Hennepin, Illinois; one brother, David Lanthorn of Maysville; and 12 grandchildren. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Services will be at Noon Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bro. Robert Parker officiating. Burial will follow in East Fork Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until Noon Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57 at Tollesboro.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
