Paul Derringer Dugan, 76, of Tollesboro, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born October 31, 1939, in Mason County to the late Charles Bradford and Myrtle Stacy Dugan.
He was a member of Tollesboro Christian Church, a retired supervisor for Browning Manufacturing in Maysville and a US Army veteran. Paul loved gospel concerts and singing with the gospel group Proclaim.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Anne Harrison-Dugan; three children, Penny (Larry) Alexander, Kelly (Tawnya) Harrison and Chris Harrison; eight grandchildren, Paige (Josh) McCurn, Christopher Harrison-Docks, Katie Harrison, Olivia Harrison, Dalton Alexander, Cameron Smith, Jantzen Smith and Shaelyn Smith; a great-grandchild, Adam McCurn; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and friends to mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Robert Dugan; and three brothers, Bill Hardy, Pete Dugan and Benny Dugan.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Barbour and Son Funeral Home in Tollesboro with Bro. Dale Wise officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Tabor Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Scotty Stamm, Jerry Ziegler, Rick Alexander, George Howell, Dan Sharp and June Doyle. Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday at the funeral home.
