Carol June Crawford Clark, 83, of Vanceburg passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice in Porstmouth, Ohio.
Carol was born at Maysville on September 11, 1937, a daughter of the late Conel and Cora Stem Crawford.
She was a member of Vanceburg Methodist Church and had worked for US Shoe in Vanceburg. Carol loved bowling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Carl Douglas Clark; two sons, Carl Jeffrey Clark of Vanceburg and Terry Dale Clark (Linda) of Paris; one brother, Leffle Crawford of Eclectic, Alabama; two sisters, Ruth Newsome of Chillicothe, Ohio, and Maxine Day of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren, Ashley Elizabeth Rucker, Johnathan Blade Townley, and Taylor Nicole Clark; and three great-grandchildren, Annabelle Grace Rucker, Atticus Townley, and Mary Grace Townley. A host of other family members and friends also survive who will sadly mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Norman Crawford, Chester Crawford, and John Crawford; four sisters, Jessie Warren, Mary Tucker, Jean Rice, and Elsie Case; and a daughter-in-law, Patricia Clark.
