Brenda Fay Mullins, 66, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022, in SOMC Hospice at Portsmouth, Ohio.
She was born at Portsmouth, Ohio, January 17, 1956, a daughter of the late Marlin Mullins and Floella Wolfenbarger Mullins. Brenda was a 1975 graduate of Lewis County High School, attended the University of Kentucky, and graduated from Shawnee State University as a RN.
Survivors include two brothers, Jeff (Dodie) Mullins of Portsmouth, Ohio, and Gary (Connie) Mullins of Portsmouth, Ohio; two sisters, Betty (Tim) Davis and Glenda (Keith) Welch of Quincy; a half-brother, Johnny (Rachel) Mullins; three half-sisters, Tonya (Carl) McGlone, Michelle (Randy) Wells, and Cheryl (Cecil) Horsley; three special friends, Cindy Oaks, Lana Perry, and Rosie Brown; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore with John Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens at South Portsmouth.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
