Tiffany Ann Hook, 33, of Tollesboro, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville.
She was born in Scioto County, Ohio, on January 30, 1990, a daughter of Sandra Applegate Hook of Tollesboro and the late Gordon Daniel Hook.
Tiffany enjoyed listening to music, baking, shopping, and spending time with her daughter.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her daughter, Rilee Faith Helterbrand of Tollesboro; her maternal grandfather, Robert Applegate of Tollesboro; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Janet Applegate, and paternal grandparents, Jack and Erma Hook.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bro. Charles Hampton officiating.
Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
