Richard C. Spriggs, 69, of Quincy, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Richard was born at Portsmouth, Ohio, on June 27, 1954, a son of the late Joseph and Clarine Matheney Spriggs. Richard enjoyed riding his bicycle, watching the Cincinnati Reds play, and cheering on the UK Wildcats.
Survivors include a sister, Brenda Cerutti of Mentor, Ohio; a brother, Michael Spriggs of Quincy; and a special friend, Keith Chapman of Quincy. Many other family members and friends also survive who will mourn his passing.
Services will be at Noon Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Quincy Church of Christ with Bro. Danny Bentley officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery at Quincy.
Visitation for will be after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Quincy Church of Christ.
Pallbearers for will be Joe Lumpkins, Donnie Stamper, Mark Ruggles, Marky Ruggles, Hunter Ruggles, and Quentin Mueller.
