Harold David Clark, 80, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Louisville.
He was the son of the late Herman and Jewell Clark of Vanceburg. Harold retired from the Post and Courier in Charleston, South Carolina, and returned to Kentucky due to health issues.
Harold is survived by his wife of sixty years, Janice; one daughter, Donna (Bill) of Trinity, North Carolina; one son, Harold Douglas (Nicole) of Louisville; four grandchildren, Casey and Brady Shoe of Trinity, NC, and Hunter and Lexi Clark of Louisville; and four brothers, Carl, Ronnie (Janey), Kenneth, and Mike (Kathy).
Preceding him in death were two brothers, James and Eugene; and four sisters, Nellie, Dorothy, Louise, and Geneve.
At his request, he has been cremated and a private celebration of his life will be in the coming months.
