Sandra D. Hackworth, 62, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025, after a long illness.
She was born at Portsmouth, Ohio, on July 21, 1962, a daughter of Allen Johnson and the late Delores Johnson. She was raised in Vanceburg.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Hackworth; her children, Ray Hackworth Jr. and Autumn (Jackie) Blevins; three sisters, Mechelle (Bo) Riley, Sherry (Brady) Brewer; and Teresa Paggeot; and two grandchildren, Christopher Wolf and Kodi Hackworth.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jacquelyn Pitcher and Renee Paggeot, and a nephew, Cody Carver.
At Sandy’s request, there will be no service.
