Amber Flack Schwallie, 40, of Morehead, passed away Monday, August 18, 2025, at her home.
She was born December 17, 1984, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of Pamula Thurman Flack of Vanceburg and the late Franklin Darrell Flack.
Amber was a hard worker. She enjoyed being goofy, making people laugh, traveling, helping folks out, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Robert Toller; a daughter, Bailey Berry of Garrison; a son, Scotty Schwallie Jr. of Wisconsin; one sister, Jessica Smith of Vanceburg; and one brother, Franklin Darryl (Sarah) Flack Jr. of Tollesboro. Many other family members and friends will also mourn her passing.Â
At the family’s request, there will be no service at this time.
