Judith Dixon Cosper, 79, of Tollesboro, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at The Lodge Nursing and Rehab Center in Loveland, Ohio. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Mason County on February 4, 1946, a daughter of the late Wayne and Ruth Cooper Dixon.
Judith was a member of Cornerstone Community Church in Tollesboro where she loved to volunteer. She retired from the Lewis County School System, having impacted the lives of many children. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles, taking care of her pets, and most of all, spending time with her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda (Jeff) Roberts of Ewing; a son, Ronald (Abbe) Sexton of Milford, Ohio; four grandchildren, Alex (Derck) Herald, Jeremy (Natalie) Moore, Aaron Sexton, and Aidan Sexton; four great-grandchildren, Kaden Herald, Kinsley Herald, Hudson Moore, and Maelynn Moore. Many other family members and friends will also sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Shane Cosper; a sister, Lynda Dixon; and a nephew, Rodney Kent Oliver.
Services will be at Noon Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57 at Tollesboro, with Bro. Kent Moore and Bro. Jeremy Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Mason County.
Friends may visit after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Sexton, Aidan Sexton, Jeff Hardymon, Keith Baldwin, Brian Spence, and Derek Herald.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Roberts and Junior Caskey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Cornerstone Community Church.
