Charles Wayne Cooley, 43, of Vanceburg, passed Thursday, April 2, 2026.
He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, ON August 29, 1982, a son of Arelet Fay Toller Cooley (Randal) Penrod of Orangeburg, and the late Maurice William Cooley.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Jayda Cooley of South Point, Ohio; one son, Gavin Cooley of South Point, Ohio; three sisters, Rhonda Meadows of Maysville, Lana Kay Meadows of Stanton, and Marsha (Andy) Meadows of Oak Ridge; one brother, Maurice Junior Cooley (Teresa) of Maysville; and a special aunt, Kathy Toller of Petersville. Many nieces and nephews will also sadly miss him.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Cooley, and a brother, Johnny Ray William Cooley.
Services will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue at Garrison, with Bro. Shane Hampton officiating. Burial will be in Waring Cemetery at Garrison.
Friends may visit after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison.
