Larry Wayne Lewis, 72, of Maysville, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville.
He was born at Camp Dix on August 30, 1953, a son of the late Clinton Eugene and Dorothy Howard Lewis.
Larry was a member of Canaan Holiness Church and worked in sales for D&A Wholesale Company. He enjoyed attending car shows, working on cars, and attending family gatherings. He loved his family most of all, and loved his church, where he served as a board member.
Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years, Charlotte Adamson Lewis; a daughter, Traci Spicer of Hamilton, Ohio; one stepdaughter, Jodi Ginn of Vanceburg; one son, Eric (Amy) Lewis of Georgetown; two sisters, Barbara Jean Bryant of Ribolt and Lois June Ginn of Mt. Sterling; seven grandchildren, Kaci, Kayla, Brittnie, Nicholas, Sydney, Sawyer, and Sadie; and one great-grandchild, Abbigayle. Many other family members and friends will sadly miss him.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Tollesboro Funeral Home, 11918 KY 57 at Tollesboro, with Bro. Ryan Plank officiating. Burial will follow in Canaan Holiness Church Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m. Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Tollesboro Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Sawyer Lewis, Caleb Faris, Eric Lewis, Mike Ginn, Johnny Hord, and Fred Adamson.
His church family will serve as honorary pallbearers.
