Robin W. McGlone, 57, of Vanceburg, passed away Sunday morning, July 23, 2017, at Concord Health and Rehabilitation in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
He was born April 27, 1960, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of Gordon McGlone of Vanceburg and the late Martha Armstrong McGlone.
Robin attended Trace Fork Christian Holiness Church and enjoyed going to church, talking on the phone, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his father, Robin is survived by his wife of 36 years, Pamela Sue Maddix McGlone; a son daughter-in-law, Chad W. Everett and Sarah McGlone of Vanceburg; a daughter, Elizabeth Dawn McGlone of Tollesboro; three grandchildren, Ariel Baker, Zavier Ott, and Jerrika McGlone; and a brother and sister-in-law, Robie and Julie McGlone of Vanceburg. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gordon McGlone Jr. and Daniel McGlone; and two sisters, Cleo Elaine Pack and Elouise Cooper.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg with Bro. Terry Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Riley Cemetery on Route 474, Brushy Creek in Carter County.
Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017, and after 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
