Christine Rice McGlone, 58, of Tollesboro, passed away Saturday afternoon, August 12, 2017, at Hospice of Hope at Kenton Pointe in Maysville.
She was born March 1, 1959, in Huntington, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Lloyd Thomas and Francis Adelaid Bowling Rice.
Christine was a Christian and had worked as a homemaker. She enjoyed going out to eat, watching westerns, going to yard sales and spending time with her family and friends, especially her companion.
She is survived by her companion of 17 years, Allen Preston Johnson.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison with Bro. Clarence Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Skidmore Cemetery at Garrison.
Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue in Garrison.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
