Angie F. Evans, 61, of Vanceburg, passed away at her home Wednesday, January 16, 2019.

Angie was born in Scioto County, Ohio, February 3, 1957, to the late Kenneth and Wanda Sapp Evans.

She worked as a CNA at Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Care. Angie loved her dog Jax, also watching Hallmark and Lifetime movies. She adored and loved her grandchildren, and enjoyed spending time talking on the phone.

Survivors include a son, Edward Zapf of Portland, Oregon; a sister, Amy (Floyd) Bolander of Maysville; five grandchildren, Megan (Cory) Allen, Kayla Harlow and Peyton Gum all of Vanceburg, Meleah (Taylor) Roe of Laurel, and Morgan Gum of Morehead; and five great-grandchildren

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Becky Zapf; a son, Kenny Zapf; one sister, Pamela Evans; two brothers, Timothy Evans and Ronnie Evans; and a special furry companion, Buddy.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2019, at Gaydos Funeral Home in Vanceburg with Bro. Tony Corns officiating. Burial will follow in Lewis County Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services Monday, January 21, 2019, at Gaydos Funeral Home, 159 Second Street in Vanceburg.

Pallbearers will be Timmy Evans, Johnny Evans, Matt Evans, Chris Evans, Floyd Bolander, and Cory Allen.
