Garrett Applegate set a school record with 343 rushing yards in Friday’s game against the Mason County Royals to go along with five touchdowns.
Applegate ended his high school football career with a bang, tallying 343 rushing yards on 52 carries and going for five touchdowns.
The yards in a game are a school record, topping Jerry O’Dell’s 48-year old mark when he ran for 299 yards in a game in 1970.
