They decided the name of the Company would be Farmers Co-Operative Insurance Company and the home office would be located in Vanceburg, Kentucky. The Company would be chartered to write insurance in Lewis, Greenup, and Boyd County. Other counties were added as the Company grew. In 2006 Farmers Co-Operative Insurance Company expanded its territory for writing insurance to Kentucky at Large. Farmers Co-Operative Insurance Company offers an assessable policy with fire and extended coverages. Today the Company is located at 142 Second Street Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179 with a drive-thru window .
