Beatrice Littleton Maxwell, 89, of Tollesboro, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Care.
She was born in Carter County on June 21, 1933, a daughter of the late Earl and Lizzie Lawhorn Littleton.
Beatrice enjoyed going for walks, working in her flowers, making crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include four sons, Wayne Binion of Ashland, Ohio, Russell Binion and Avis Binion of Olive Hill, and Brian Martin of Mansfield, Ohio; two daughters, Sondra Dale Holt of Tollesboro, and Vada Lynn Parson of Olive Hill; 19 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Binion; two brothers, Boyd Littleton and Lloyd Littleton; two sisters, Juanita Baldridge and Leatrice Lewis; and two grandchildren, Kimberly Eilliott and Avery “Pumpkin” Binion.
Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery at Olive Hill.
