Betty Faye Martin Weldon, 78, of Maysville, passed away, Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville.
Born May 11, 1937, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late John and Catherine Stone Martin, she was a homemaker and member of the Portsmouth Church of God.
Mrs. Weldon is survived by her three daughters, Lana (Wendell Ray) Applegate, Vicki (Jeff) Foster, and Tonya (Donnie) Crisp; sister, Deloris Wolfe; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Weldon; son, Robert Jordan Jr.; brothers, Russell and Lee Martin; and sisters, Charlene Little and Hattie Leslie.
Services were at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016, at Barbour and Son Funeral Home in Tollesboro with Rev. David Shoemaker officiating.
Burial was in Collier Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Scott Lewis, Robbie Lewis, Chris Lewis, Caleb Lewis, Jeffrey Foster and Donnie Crisp. Honorary Pallbearers were Wendell Ray Applegate and Jeff Foster.
