Billy Joe Jarrells, 56, of Vanceburg, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born December 1, 1967, in Lewis County, a son of the late Robert Franklin and Dollie Lee Gilliam Jarrells.
Billy enjoyed listening to the radio and watching TV.
Survivors include three sisters, Betty (George) Bloomfield, Martha Jarrells, and Nancy (Alex) McGraw of Vanceburg, and a brother, Robert Eugene Jarrells. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
At Billy’s request there will be no service at this time.
Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg, is caring for all arrangements.
