Billy Joe Rhoden, 60, of Garrison, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024, at his home.
He was born at Portsmouth, Ohio, on October 19, 1963, a son of the late Joseph and Thelma Roster Rhoden.
Billy enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends.
Survivors include two sons, Michael (Angel) Rhoden of Garrison and Brandon (Tiffany) Rhoden of South Shore; four brothers, Marshall Rhoden and David Rhoden of Greenup, and Virgil Rhoden and Zandel Rhoden of Garrison; seven grandchildren, Hunter, Preston, Patience, Dawson (Whitney), Mariah, Blake, and Peyton; and three great-grandchildren, Jacob, Ava and Levi. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 29 years, Carla Cooley Rhoden; one sister Ruth Rhoden Moore; and three brothers, Wayne Rhoden, Hershal Rhoden, and Ronald Rhoden.
At the request of the family, there will be no service at this time.
