Billy Ray Hardeman, 46, of Vanceburg, passed away Monday morning, September 18, 2023, at his home.
He was born February 20, 1977, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of Wanda Gilliam Hardeman of Vanceburg and the late Billy Joe Hardeman.
Billy enjoyed traveling, going to car shows, hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandson, Liam.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Vicky Bloomfield Hardeman; one son Dylan (Jayla) Hardeman of Somerset; one daughter, Macy Hardeman of Vanceburg; one grandson, Liam Hardeman; and a half-sister, Tammy Mathews of Hillsboro, Ohio. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2023, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 7975 Lower Kinney Road at Camp Dix, with Bro. Carson Knell and Bro. Monroe Craig officiating. Burial will follow in Smith-Gilliam Cemetery on Laurel.
Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023, and after 9:00 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2023, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Camp Dix.
