Billy Ray Thomas, 70, of Tollesboro, passed away Monday, September 29, 2025, at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation.
He was born May 22, 1955, in Lewis County, a son of the late James Andrew and Edna Deloris Swim Thomas.
He was a retired mechanic and a member of Galilee Christian Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Jennifer Thomas and Andrea Hardyman of Tollesboro, and Elizabeth Campbell of Flemingsburg, and a brother, Darrell Thomas.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Carla Joy Fraley, and two brothers, Albert Lee Thomas and James Robert Thomas.
Services for Billy Ray Thomas will be at a later date.
