Boil water advisory 2-2-16

A boil water advisory is in effect until further notice for the following areas:

Starting at Moore Hollow, going west along West KY 9 to the end of the line on Manley Hollow.

Although no contamination has been confirmed, the Electric Plant Board of the City of Vanceburg recommends all affected water customers to bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three minutes, and let it cool before using. Or, used bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes and food preparation.
