Brenda Riley Blevins, 60, of Vanceburg, passed away Monday, October 12, 2020, at the South Shore Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born June 24, 1960, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of John of Mansfield, Ohio, and Mary Mathis Sanford of Portsmouth, Ohio.
Brenda was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Willis Blevins Jr.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020, in Skidmore Cemetery at Garrison with Bro. Jim Bob Williams officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
