Brent Elwood “Cheebee” Nolder, 67, of Chalk Ridge, passed away Wednesday evening, May 19, 2021, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born July 28, 1953, in Scioto County, Ohio, a son of the late Bill and Marilyn Joy Hoover Nolder.
Cheebee worked in the tire business and as a farmer. He enjoyed playing pool, poker, mudslinging, derbies and spending time with his family.
Cheebee is survived by his wife of 48 years, Joyce Highfield Nolder; one son, Troy Nolder (Amanda) of Maysville; two daughters, Tara Ginn (Mark) and Tina Nolder of Tollesboro; one brother, Tim Nolder (Debbie) of Maysville; eight grandchildren, Michael Nolder (Jessica), Travis Ginn (Kayla), Austin Nolder (Tyneisha), McKenzie Honan (Brett), Myriah Sheperd (JoJo), Karlee White (Jason), Ryan Nolder and Emi Nolder; and 10 great-grandchildren. He leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jay Nolder.
Services will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2021, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Bro. John Byard officiating. Burial will follow in Nolder Family Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2021, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57 at Tollesboro.
