Survivors include his Filipina spouse, Esterlita Bitio Mangohom, who shared many of these experiences with him; one son, Jonathan Applegate, and one grandson, Rylan Applegate, both of Louisville. Clint was very proud of both of them.
He is also survived by six siblings, sisters Vickie Tarbox, Debbie (Larry) Doyle, and Maletta (Brack) Casebolt, and brothers Brent (Carol) Applegate, Travis Applegate, and Jeramy Applegate, as well as many nieces and nephews.
