Claudia “Cotton” Goodwin LeMaster, 72, of Olive Hill, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024, at UK St. Claire in Morehead.
She was born August 2, 1952, at Concord, a daughter of the late Clyde and Vivian Pollitt Goodwin.
Claudia was a Christian and attended Fraley Chapel Church at Isonville. She was one who loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include two daughters, Dorsey Henderson (Billy) of Olive Hill and Linda Bramer (Allen) of Louisville; a son, Michael Edington (Kylie) of Lewis County; eight sisters, Easter Stocker, Bonnie Thoroughman, Carol Bloomfield, Kathy Gulley, Wanda Philips, Debbie Duzan, Francis Strunk, and Ginger Reis; six brothers, Johnny Goodwin, Jimmy Goodwin, Mitchell Goodwin, Vernon Goodwin, Billy Goodwin, and Mike Goodwin; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends also survive who will sadly mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Clinton LeMaster; a sister, Bertha Stark; five brothers, Walter Goodwin, Howard Goodwin, Joe Goodwin, Gene Goodwin, and Charles Goodwin.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2024, in LeMaster Cemetery with Bro. John Bradley officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Goodwin, Billy Henderson, Mike Caudill, Greg Henderson, Woody Woodruff, and Tony Henderson.
