Daisy Yvonne Stevens Moore, 80, of Olive Hill, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Life Care Center at Morehead.
She was born in Lewis County on June 20, 1944, a daughter of the late Willie and Cora Gilliam Stevens.
Daisy was a member of Nolen Pentecostal Church and loved attending and listening to the singing. She enjoyed playing Bingo, boat riding, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include four daughters, Karen (Donald) Butler and Twana Frint of Olive Hill, Donna (Nathaniel) Ison of West Liberty, and Shawnya Logan of Fairborn, Ohio; one son, William Lacey Logan Jr. of Olive Hill; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 11 years, James Mason Moore; two sisters, Bertha Bloomfield and Betty Clark; and one brother, Elwood Stevens.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2025, at Globe Funeral Chapel at Olive Hill with Bro. Daniel Miller officiating. Burial will be in Rose Ridge Cemetery in Carter County.
Friends may visit after 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2025, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60 at Olive Hill.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Thoroughman, Ryan Adams, Nathaniel Ison, Billy Stevens, James Frint, and Terry Tolliver.
