Donald Bickley, 68, of Tollesboro, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Hospice of Hope Care Center in Maysville.
He was born in Mason County on June 15, 1955, a son of the late Dan and Lena Hamm Bickley.
Donald was a member of Plumville Christian Church. He enjoyed going to auctions, sitting in the swing talking to his neighbor George Howell, hanging out at Henderson Gas Station with his friends, and talking on his CB radio with all his radio friends.
Donald is survived by two sisters, Bernetta (Eric) Messbarger of Maysville and Geneva (Henry) Kilgore of Tollesboro; four brothers, Bill (Ruth) Bickley of New Carlisle, Ohio, and Joseph Bickley, Matthew (Rena) Bickley, and Mark (Janet) Bickley of Maysville; and a special friend, Linda Irwin. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Faye Hord; a brother, David Bickley; and a sister-in-law, Connie Bickley.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 11918 KY 57 at Tollesboro, with Bro. Milt Stanfield officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Garden of Memories in Mason County.
Friends may visit after 12:30 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2024.
Pallbearers will be Victor Kilgore, Henry Kilgore, Jason Bickley, Seth Bickley, Eric Messbarger, and Tyler Sweet.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Fannin, Junior Caskey, George Howell, and Howard Henderson.
