Earthel Toller White Elliott, 94, of Vanceburg, passed away Tuesday morning, February 2, 2016, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville.

She was born November 3, 1921, in Lewis County, a daughter of the late William and Bessie Smith Toller.

Earthel was of the Christian faith. She had worked for US Shoe for 26 years and was a foster grandparent for 10 years. She enjoyed watching TV, going to yard sales and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two husbands, George Washington White and Lee Roy Elliott; three sons, Leroy White, Howard White and George White; one great-grandson, Jonathan Wayne Wingfield; four brothers, Ira Toller, Ray Toller, Ralph Toller and Bill Toller Jr.; and two sisters, Lorena Hall and Dorothy Toller.

Earthel is survived by three sons and four daughters-in-law, William White of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Robert and JoAnn Elliott of Vanceburg, Freeman and Theresa Elliott of Fort Knox, Theresia White of Radcliff, and April White of Vanceburg; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ramona Sue and James Jackson of Salem, Indiana, and Alberta Kay and Alvin Morgan of Tollesboro; 21 granchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Opal Smith of Vanceburg. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Services were Friday, February 5, 2016, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg with Bro. Ronnie Hall and Bro. Arthur Moore officiating. Burial was in Black Oak Cemetery at Black Oak.

Family and friends served as pallbearers.
