Emma Madden Musser, 89, of Garrison, went to be with her Lord Monday, November 17, 2025, at her home.
She was born at Greenup on February 23, 1936, a daughter of the late Albert Dewey and Ollie Mae Davis Madden.
Left behind to cherish her memory are two daughters, Marlene Horner of Vanceburg and Linda (Wayne) Zornes of Flatwoods; three sons, Keith (Jeanie) Musser of Vanceburg, and Gary (Jackie) Musser and Ronald Musser of Greenup; one sister, Pauline Jordan of Greenup; one brother, Glenn Madden of Garrison; seven grandchildren, Laura Allen, Ashley (Cody) Fletcher, Kacey (Bryan) Grierson, Justin Musser, Joseph (Natasha) Horner, Joshua (Kaila) Musser, and Kailey (Joshua) Prince; and eight great-grandchildren, Quentin Allen, Phoebe Allen, Waylon Grierson, Weston Grierson, Leland Horner, Finley Fletcher, Juniper Musser, and Sawyer Horner. Several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James D. Musser; one son, James M. Musser; one sister, Rosemary Madden; and three brothers, Lloyd Madden, Estill Madden, and Ellis Madden.
A graveside service will be at Noon on Friday, November 21, 2025, in James Musser Family Cemetery at Garrison.
