Everett Corns Jr., 78, of Tollesboro, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023, at Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Care.
He was born February 16, 1945, in Mason County, a son of the late Everett Corns Sr. and Beulah Mineer Corns.
Everett enjoyed watching racing, traveling, trading, and spending time with his grandchildren. He had served as a Lewis County Deputy Sheriff.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Fonda Holt Corns; two sons, Mike (Anita) Corns and Tony (Melissa) Corns of Tollesboro; three sisters, Vickie (Rick) Jones and Cheryl (Ronnie) Youngman of Augusta, and Sue (Paul) Litzinger of Maysville; and five grandchildren. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
At the request of the family, there will be no service at this time. Burial will be at a later date in Burtonville Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Tollesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
