Ella “Fay” Adams Taylor, 73, of Trinity passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at her home.
She was born July 22, 1947, in Lewis County, a daughter of the late Winifred Taft and Lula Pearl Adams.
Fay was a member of Sand Hill Christian Church and enjoyed bowling, gardening in her flowers, traveling, playing on her tablet and spending time with her family.
Fay is survived by four daughters, Taffy Hilterbrandt of Trinity, Crissy Hatfield (Mark), Missy Stanfield (Clay) and Shannon Sholler (Bubby), of Alexandria; eight grandchildren, Cory, Chad, Taylor, Logan, Chloe, Josh, Carter and Drew; two great-grandchildren, Keagan and Maverick; two brothers, Roy Adams of Florida and Ted Adams of Tollesboro; and two sisters, Joyce Truesdell of Tollesboro, and JoAnn Crosby of Lewisburg. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, June Mason.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2021, in Ebenezer Cemetery in Lewis County with Bro. John Byard officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Hospice of Hope at Kenton Pointe in Maysville.
