Four Vanceburg residents have been charged and arrested in connection with incidents involving the use of methamphetamine.
Vanceburg Police Chief Joe Billman said two arrests were made Tuesday night, September 20, when Kristy Mae Carter, 38, and Richard Dunikowski (Barker), 18, were allegedly caught while injecting methamphetamine.
The arrests were made by Vanceburg Police Officer John Ferguson with assistance from Deputy Matt Ross.
Two additional arrests were made Wednesday, September 21, when Scotty D. Rowe, 33, and Anna M. McGlone, 38, were reportedly discovered in a Vanceburg apartment when police raided the unit after receiving a tip.
