Glenda Jane Ratliff Cooper, 81, of South Shore, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Southern Ohio Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

She was born April 20, 1941, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late Edward and Arlie Armstrong Ratliff.

Bonnie was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed going to Bingo, going to Vegas, receiving gifts, FaceTiming with her son, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include two sons, Donald B. Bowman of Shelby, Ohio, and Brian K. Bowman of South Shore; three daughters, Rhonda J. Sanpsel of Mansfield, Ohio, Kathy L. Keeney of Black Oak, and Lori Thompson of Garrison; three stepsons, Larry Cooper, William Cooper, and Bob Cooper; two stepdaughters, Tammy Highfield and Katie Ginn; two brothers, Dale (Pam) Ratliff of South Shore and Larry Ratliff of Garrison; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; eight step-granddaughters; and eight step-grandsons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a stepson, Gene Hartley; one sister, Joyce Ratliff; two grandchildren, Tristan Bowman and Brooke Sanpsel; and one stepdaughter, Alisha Hartley.

Services will be at Noon Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue at Garrison, with Bro. Brad Stone and Bro. David Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow in Greene Cemetery at St. Paul.

Friends may visit after 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Thompson, Nick Thompson, James Thompson, Brad Bowman, Matt Bowman, Michael Ratliff, and William Bowman.
