Harold Ray Meadows, 65, of Flemingsburg, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025, at his home. He was surrounded by his loving family.
He was born May 19, 1959, in Lewis County, a son of the late Bruce and Katheryn Jordan Meadows.
Harold loved spending time with his family and was always looking forward to attending birthday parties of his family members.
Survivors include four sisters, Shirley Scott of Flemingsburg, Linda King and Connie Flinders of Vanceburg, and Marsha King of Oak Ridge; one brother, Roger Meadows of Vanceburg; a half-sister, Florence Blevins of Vanceburg; a half-brother, Lovell Meadows of South Carolina; and special friend and caregiver, Rhonda Wilson. Many nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry Meadows, Ronald “Bud’ Meadows, and Donald Meadows; and two brothers-in-law, Jerry Flinders and Bobby King.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 24, 2025, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg, with Bro. Barry Banta and Brother Danny Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 24, 2025, at Dickerson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Mick Scott, Shawn Scott, Harlan “Peewee” Scott, Lukas Scott, Andy Miller, and Frank King.
Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny King, Tiger Flinders, Trinity Tully, Brantley Ray Miller, and Shawn Meadows.
