Helen Marie Ginn Vanhoose, 86, of Vanceburg, passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021, at her home.
She was born April 2, 1935, in Lewis County, a daughter of the late Charles and Stella Smith Ginn.
Helen attended Christ Open Bible Church at Garrison. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Helen is survived by one son, Dale Fetters of Aberdeen, Ohio; three daughters, Pamela Robinson of Vanceburg, Linda Bolander and Kay Bolander, both of Garrison; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A host of other family members and friends also survive who will sadly mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Vanhoose; one son, Gary Fetters; two daughters, Debbie Anderson and Patty Clark; one grandchild, Howard Clark; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Clifford Ginn and Chester Ginn; and three sisters, Jesse Cotton, Julie Livermoore, and Bernice Hinds.
Services will be at Noon Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison with Bro. Richard Thurman officiating. Burial will follow in Spy Run Cemetery at Garrison.
Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
