Incumbents do well in general election locally

There were few surprises in Lewis County’s election returns Tuesday evening as votes were tallied by officials.
Republicans easily carried across the board as Donald Trump, Thomas Massie and Steve West each gathered more than 80 percent of the popular vote in the county over their respective opponents.
