Jack Benny Callahan, 79, of Vanceburg, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at Vanceburg Rehabilitation and Care Center.
He was born July 8, 1938, in Beckley, West Virginia, a son of the late Vata Callahan.
Jack is survived by three sons, Larry Joe Wheeler and Rockey Callahan, both of Darbydale, Ohio, and Jack Callahan Jr. of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; one daughter, Christine Wheeler of Columbus, Ohio; and two grandchildren. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Samuel Miller.
At the family’s request, there will be no visitation or service.
