Janice Hughes Bradley, 83, of Emerson, passed away Sunday morning, August 29, 2021 at her home.
She was born December 26, 1937, in Ironton, Ohio a daughter of the late Grover “Smokey” and Martha “Tomie” Tackett Hughes.
Janice was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed reading, loved her computer, and watching the news.
Survivors include two daughters, Michele Heitzman of Mansfield, Ohio, and Athea Dean of Emerson; 14 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Albert Bradley; one daughter, Deanna Tillman; one great-grandchild, Jacob Williams; and one brother, Jackie Hughes.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Globe Funeral Chapel at Olive Hill with Bro. Hank Webb and Bro. Jason Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Bradley Cemetery on Dry Branch at Olive Hill.
Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday at Globe Funeral Chapel at Olive Hill.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
