Jerry Wayne Riffe Sr., 59, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.
He was born November 5, 1960, in Lewis County, a son of the late Forrest and Mary Bloomfield Riffe.
Jerry enjoyed fishing with his buddy, Nick, watching movies and spending time with his family.
Jerry is survived by five brothers, William Riffe of Garrison, Garry Riffe of Xenia, Ohio, Jackie Riffe of Holland, Ohio, Johnny Riffe and Pam Norwood of Sylvania, Ohio, and James Riffe of Toledo, Ohio; two sisters, Lois Zornes of Garrison, and Bettie Riffe of Liberty Center, Ohio; and one sister-in-law, Diana Perry of Dayton, Ohio. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Riffe Jr.; three brothers, Floyd Riffe, Alander Riffe, and Robert Riffe; and one sister, Deloris Clark.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison with Bro. Clarence Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Cooper-Willis Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue at Garrison.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
