Philip Joe “Bub” Clifford Jr., 25, of Lewis County, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
He was born January 23, 1996, in Brown County, Ohio, a son of Philip Joe Clifford and Mildred Scott Clifford.
Joe was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, joking, and spending time with family, especially his son, nieces, and nephew.
In addition to his parents who reside at Vanceburg, Joe is survived by his wife, Tracy Stidam Clifford; one son, Connier Clifford of Vanceburg; two sisters, Joanna Mullins (Nick) of Emerson and Saprena Clifford Lewis (Brian Stidam) of Vanceburg; one nephew, Aydden Mullins; and four nieces, Adayah Mullins, Atalyah Mullins, Ceaira Lewis, and Ella Lewis. A host of other family members and friends also survive who will sadly mourn his passing.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Mosby Pentecostal Church shelter house with Bro. Dannie Buckner officiating. Burial will follow in Mosby Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the church shelter house.
Pallbearers will be Nick Mullins, Troy Buckner, Jacob Buckner, Dalton Buckner, Selby Buckner, Brian Stidam, Cody McCleese, John Scott, Garrett Scott, Lonnie Buckner, and Eric Willoughby.
Honorary pallbearers will be Connier Clifford and Aydden Mullins.
