Judy Johnson

Judy Grace Rosinski Johnson, 75, of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021, at the home of her daughter.

She was born May 11, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, a daughter of the late John Paul and Alberta Lynch Rosinski.

Judy was of the Christian faith and a lifelong homemaker. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Judy is survived by two sons, Jeremiah Johnson of Utica, Michigan, and Christian Johnson of Sterling Heights, Michigan; three daughters, Fonda Ishmael of Hillsboro, Trish Simon of Warren, Michigan, and April Johnson of Flemingsburg; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Jackie Lute of Reedeville, Ohio. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ellis Johnson; one brother, Norris Rosinski; and two sisters, Joann Shultz, and Patricia McCallister.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison with Bro. David Hickerson officiating. Interment will follow in Skidmore Cemetery at Garrison.

Friends may visit from Noon until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison.

Pallbearers will be Hookie Ishmael, Tyler Simon, Landon Johnson, Tanner Simon, Aiden Johnson, Andy Ishmael and Tony Simon. Her grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Due to COVID-19 regulations, we ask that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing.
