Julie L. Hartley, 63, of Garrison passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Julie was born in Quincy November 29, 1952, to the late Odle and Irene Evans Mustard. Julie worked at US Shoe factory and Ed Oak Design. She was a member of the Garrison Church of Christ. She loved playing games, playing the piano and guitar, and enjoyed music.
Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Gale Hartley, whom she married May 13, 1972; one daughter, Rebecca (Ben) Carver of Garrison; two sons, Dale Hartley of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, and Michael Hartley of Garrison; four sisters, Brenda Hill of Bucyrus, Ohio, Rita (John) Orgel of Bradenton, Florida, Paulette Zupancic of Ashtabula, Ohio, and Pam (Perry) McKenzie of Douglasville, Georgia; and four grandchildren, Austin and Eric Hartley of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, and Justin and Samantha Carver and SB of Garrison.
Preceding her in death besides her parents were a sister-in-law, Debbie Hartley; and a brother-in-law, Gary Hartley.
Services were Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Gaydos Funeral Home in Vanceburg. Burial was in Hartley Cemetery at Garrison.
