Kathy Jean Lewis Ginn, 61, of Tollesboro, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022, at Vanceburg Rehabilitation Care.
She was born August 5, 1960, in Lewis County, a daughter of Geneva Logan Lewis of Carter City and the late Carlos Lewis.
Kathy enjoyed going to church and she was a member of Fly Branch Church of Christ for many years. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and cooking for them. She worked for Central Elementary as a Cafeteria Lady and from there she worked at Wellco. Prior to her illness, she worked at Mitsubishi of Maysville.
In addition to her mother, survivors include two sons, Timothy Dale Ginn of Alabama and Matt Ginn of Augusta; one sister, Brenda Kiser of Carter City; and two grandchildren, Carter Matthew Ginn and Gemma Christine Ginn.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street in Vanceburg, with Bro. Richard Ginn officiating. Burial will follow in the Stone Cemetery at Camp Dix.
Friends may visit after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Kiser, Megan Johnson, Charlie Blevins, Matt Ginn, Roger Ginn, Aaron Stone, and Randy Kiser.
Honorary pallbearers will be Carter Ginn and Ronnie Johnson.
