Lee Ellen Jarrells Chinn, 76, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, entered her heavenly home Monday, April 25, 2023.
She was born on May 23,1946, to Charles Kroger Jarrells and Lorene Francis Dodie Jarrells.
Lee Ellen was a consummate decorator with natural talent and believed that perfection was in the details. She excelled at every project she put her mind to. She loved her family and friends very much and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The Scriptures say in John 14:2. In my Father’s house are many mansions: If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. We can’t help but to imagine what she thought when entering her heavenly home.
Survivors include her husband, Wilgus D. “Wig” Chinn of 60 years; daughters, April Chinn of Mansfield, Ohio, and Alisa Chinn (Robert) Lingley of Massachusetts; a son, Anthony “Andy” Chinn of Mansfield, Ohio; a grandson, Christopher “Chris” Chinn of Mansfield, Ohio; one sister, Lena Wamsley Fugate; and one brother, Charles “Jinx” (Lisa) Jarrells, both from Vanceburg. Several sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends, and a fur baby, Mya, also survive who will sadly miss her.
