Linda Joe Fraley Cassidy, 59, of South Shore, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
She was born May 15, 1964, at Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late Milton Harold Fraley Sr. and Lois Rister Fraley.
Linda was a member of Lloyd Ridge Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed singing, talking to folks about God, taking care of her dogs, quilting, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her loving husband of 39 years, Mark Allen Cassidy; two daughters, Marcella Cassidy and Abigal Cassidy of South Shore; one sister, Frances Oreta of South Shore; and two brothers, Mikel (Joyce) Fraley of Columbus, Ohio, and Jerry (Robin) Fraley of Portsmouth, Ohio. Many other family members and friends also survive who will sadly miss her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Fraley and Milton Harold Fraley Jr., and a sister-in-law, Arlen Kittles.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel, 103 Dudley Avenue at Garrison, with Bro. Anthony Rister officiating. Burial will follow in Dummitt Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel at Garrison.
Linda’s family members will serve as pallbearers.
